charges by maintaining a minimum balance and limiting debit transactions.

• $100 minimum to open account
• No monthly maintenance fee with $750 minimum daily balance
• No activity fee on first 100 debit transactions
• $10 monthly maintenance fee if daily balance goes below $750
• $0.30 per debit for debit transactions exceeding 100

Colony Commercial Checking

Designed for larger businesses that maintain higher checking balances and
have larger volumes of checks and deposit items each month.

• $100 minimum to open account
• $10.00 monthly maintenance fee
• Analysis charges based on monthly activity
  ($0.50 per credit; $0.10 per item deposited; $0.10 per debit)
• Earnings credit (based on the daily collected balance less 10%
  reserve) may offset, in part or in full, the fees/charges
• Unlimited monthly transactions
• Detailed monthly analysis statement for monitoring account
  activity

Business Plus Checking

Designed for sole proprietorships, not-for-profit entities/organizations and governmental
units desiring the flexibility of a checking account with the interest earnings power of a savings account. (NOW account eligibility restrictions apply.)

• $100 minimum to open account
• No monthly maintenance fee with $1,000 minimum daily balance
• $10.00 monthly maintenance fee plus $0.30 per debit activity fee
  if balance goes below $1,000
• Earns interest on account with an average daily balance of $1,000
  or above
• Interest is credited monthly
