Regular Savings

• $100 minimum to open account
• Earns interest on average daily balance
• Interest is credited quarterly
• No monthly maintenance fee with minimum daily balance of $100
• $5.00 monthly maintenance fee if balance goes below $100
  during the month
• Three free withdrawals per month
• $3 fee for each withdrawal in excess of 3 per month

Business Preferred Money Market

Designed for businesses desiring a savings account with check writing
capability.

• $1,000 minimum to open account
• Account earns interest on a tiered format on average daily balance.
  Less than $1,000                           $1,000 - $9,999
  $10,000 - $24,999                          $25,000 - $49,999
  $50,000 - $74,999                          $75,000 and above
• No monthly maintenance or activity fee with minimum daily
  balance of $1,000 and less than 6 transfers and/or withdrawals
• $7.50 monthly maintenance fee if balance goes below $1,000
  during the month
• $7.50 activity maintenance fee if transfers and/or withdrawals
  exceed 6 per month
• Interest is credited monthly

Money Market and Savings Account Limitations

Federal regulation and our deposit agreement limit the number of withdrawals and/or transfers that may be made from a money market or savings account by telephone/online transfer, pre-authorized transfer, check or debit card. You are limited to six withdrawals and/or transfers from your money market or savings account each monthly statement cycle by pre-authorized transfer or telephone/online transfer. If the account permits transfers by check or debit card, no more than three of the six limited transfers may be by check or debit card. Unlimited withdrawals, deposits, and transfers can be made at Colony Bank's ATMs and banking locations.
